PUIU MAMEI was born from our own need for a bag that didn’t scream “diaper” but still handled all the sh*t. We design every piece ourselves, test them on playgrounds and planes, and built this business from our living room with a lot of passion (and not enough sleep). Self-made, mom-made, PUIU-made.

“PUIU” means “little one” in Romanian - it’s a family nickname turned brand name. We built PUIU to celebrate real-life parenthood: the messy, magical, beautifully unfiltered kind.

PUIU is for the ones doing it all - the parents, the multitaskers, the late-night snack-packers, the everyday superheroes who believe practicality can still look really, really good.

We’re based in New York City - the capital of chaos and creativity. Our bags are designed here and responsibly produced overseas in limited quantities.
