Order processing

Every PUIU MAMEI order is packed with care. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll email you before that time passes with a new expected ship date and the option to cancel. If you cancel, we refund you in full promptly. If you don't cancel, we'll ship by the new date.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after shipment. These are carrier estimates, and weather or busy periods can add time.

International orders

International orders are available by request. Email info@puiumamei.com with your address for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the customer, and we will tell you about them when we send your quote.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help file a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, we're generally not responsible for theft, to the extent permitted by law. Still, contact us and we'll help investigate and file a claim.

Address changes

If you notice a mistake in your address, email info@puiumamei.com right away. We'll do our best to update it, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
